- Emblica officinalis (or Amla, or Indian gooseberry) – ½ teaspoon
- Cow’s Milk – 1 glass
Method of Preparation:
- Step 1: Mix all the herbs in a small bowl.
- Step 2: Add the mixed herbs in a glass of warm milk.
- Step 3: Consume the mixture every night before going to sleep.
- Step 4: Repeat this for 45 days without missing a day.
