4. Upward Dumb-Bell Moves
You’ll need to lie down supine with your back resting on a Swiss ball. Have both your knees bent, with the soles of your feet firmly on the ground. Hold a dumb-bell in each hand and do upward moves till both hands meet facing each other right above your chest. Bring them back to the ground with the hands holding the dumb-bells resting on the ground palm upwards.
This is considered one round. You may do this slowly at first and increase the speed to make quick movements up and down. Try completing 25 to 30 such rounds in one workout session. Take care to hold the dumb-bells firmly lest they slip and fall right on your face!
5. Shoulder-cum-Chest Dips
Sit in front of a chair (on the ground) with the seat of the chair touching your back and your feet stretched straight in the front. Place both heels of your palms on the edge of the chair and lift yourself off the ground until your elbows are straight and your buttocks almost touching the edge of the chair seat. Come back down slowly to the sitting position.
This makes one round, and it works on your shoulders and breasts simultaneously. This exercise will certainly increase the size of your breasts and make them firm and pert. Try to do at least 30 rounds during a workout session.
6. Swimming On The Ground
